According to a statement sent to VerAngola, the collection - completed by footwear, bags, accessories, a sports line and lingerie - was presented in a fashion show during a celebration ceremony, which took place on Sunday and where were present "diplomatic, governmental and public figures representing Luanda society", as well as "regular customers of the brand".
"The musical group N'Sex Love opened the event, followed by the highlight of the night: the presentation show of the new collection which, for the first time, includes men's pieces. Completing the new collection are footwear, bags, accessories, a sports line and lingerie", the note reads.
The new collection, adds the note, "combines contemporary design and fashion trends with one of Angola's cultural icons: the Giant Palanca Negra, continuing the previous strategy, which transformed the clothing items with the image of Luanda Bay, one of the best sellers ever".
In the businesswoman's opinion, this association aims to "show the world that fashion does not need" to distance itself "from the country's cultural richness to be current and attractive", as "it will be a form of self-expression, confidence and freedom of choice, which makes every woman and man unique."
According to the businesswoman, the note adds, the aforementioned collection is made up of a wider range of options, namely "with the inclusion of larger sizes and practical details", which make it possible for her pieces "to be worn by real people".
Quoted in the statement, the manager says that the new collection reflects the brand's "continuous promise to meet the varied and unique needs" of customers.
"Beatrizfranck's new collection is a reflection of the brand's ongoing promise to meet the varied and unique needs of its customers. This line stands out for its diversity in terms of quantity, inclusive sizes and a wealth of details in the cuts and adornments, providing a personalized fashion experience", she said.
"What makes this collection even more special is the introduction of an exclusive, carefully selected pantone, which expresses the brand's identity and brings a unique aesthetic to the pieces", she added, quoted in the note.
According to a statement, "the new collection and new products represent an investment of one million dollars", and they will be available, within the next few days, in the brand's four stores (points of sale at Zé Pirão, Shopping Fortaleza, Xyami Shopping Kilamba and Benfica – headquarters building).
For this collection, which has the theme of sustainability, "more resistant fabrics" were chosen, aiming to increase the "durability of the pieces without compromising the original design and colors".
By creating more resistant pieces, the brand intends to "discourage the frequent disposal of clothes, promoting the idea of conscientious consumption", adds the note.
But the brand's surprises don't stop there. According to the statement, "another new feature will be the opportunity for resellers and entrepreneurs interested in representing the brand inside and outside the country, as well as establishing franchises."
It should also be noted that, during these five years, the brand provided approximately 70 jobs.
