The position was highlighted by Dito Dalí at the press conference to take stock of Saturday's demonstration, which resulted in two deaths, hundreds of detainees and almost 400 people who are missing to date, according to the organizers.

Dito Dalí attributed the acts of vandalism following the confrontation between demonstrators and the forces of law and order and security to people infiltrated for this purpose.

The activist admitted the difficulty in getting "control of the whole world", and to have "the notion of who will have led the act".

"But, according to the surveys we've done, there's a so-called whistleblower class, which resides in Sambizanga, which is said to have been created by the current administrator of Sambizanga, Tomás Bica, with the aim of neutralizing delinquents in his municipality," he explained.

According to the activist, "this whistleblowing class will have been recruited by the secret service agents and were carrying tires that they put on public roads.

"At the time of the demonstration and all that violence, these people were burning the tires," said Dito Dalí, pointing out that when they arrived at the site of the concentration they had already found the tires on the public highway.

"Saying that it was not the demonstrators, but people infiltrated was the protagonist of the act of burning tires, garbage cans and cars of the police itself," he said.

Asked if the people who carried out vandalism in the last few days before the court, where the 103 detainees are being tried, Dito Dalí admitted that he knew some of them and others did not.

The activist said that a daily effort has been made to persuade people not to be guided by violence.

"This is what characterizes us and we will continue to make this effort to prevent the infiltrators from causing damage, so that the authorities will then assign responsibility to the organizers of the demonstrations," he stressed.

According to the authorities, the demonstrators have been characterized by acts of riot, culminating in the destruction of police resources, such as motorcycles and police vehicles, an ambulance and a fire engine.

On Tuesday, an act of this kind was recorded in the early evening on the outskirts of the court, where a group of about 300 demonstrators have committed misconduct, throwing stones, which broke glass of a car and damaged the facilities of two companies, in addition to preventing traffic.

"There were acts of looting, there was an attempt to remove the metal barriers from the police by these demonstrators, a reprehensible attitude. The police had to take measures to contain the spirits of these demonstrators," said Nestor Goubel, spokesman for the Luanda provincial command of the National Police.
