Speaking to Jornal de Angola, the official made it known that the search had 1198 candidates, with the bidding taking place in 527 bids on the electronic platform of the General Tax Administration (AGT), where the auctions take place.

According to Eduarda Rodrigues, the third auction is scheduled for next Sunday, with 42 vehicles not previously auctioned, to which are added any vehicles not auctioned in the first phase.

Regarding payments, the official made it known that the participants in the first phase of the auction comply with this process, and that they are currently in the fourth stage of conformation of the purchase of goods, writes Jornal de Angola.

Eduarda Rodrigues explained that after "the first shot, participants have 48 hours to pay" and "if they don't pay, they go to the second phase and then to the third and fourth phase of payment".

"We are entering the fourth phase and it is still too early to have the final result of the first auction", she added.

The national director of SENRA also said that the auction period was extended from 48 to 72 hours, after complaints from participants, writes Jornal de Angola.

It should be noted that in the first stage of the bids, 34 seized vehicles were auctioned, with the State raising 1.7 billion kwanzas, above the expected 771,671,371.26 kwanzas.

The amounts arising from the sales, according to the official, will be borne by the National Bank of Angola, on behalf of the State, until the process formalized by article 233 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is completed, writes Jornal de Angola.
