The information was provided by the Vice-President of the Republic, Esperança da Costa, when speaking to the press after re-inaugurating the Neves Bendinha Specialized General Hospital, known as Hospital dos Queimados.
Without giving any dates for its launch, Esperança da Costa stated that one of the Executive's biggest challenges with the creation of the digital platform is ensuring greater hospital control and management, but also of assets, equipment and medicines.
Despite there being progress in the amount of hospital infrastructure, Esperança Costa said there are challenges that require concrete and sustainable solutions, such as human capital and the creation of better conditions for health professionals.
"We are working on several aspects that will be necessary in this and other hospitals throughout the country", she guaranteed.
On the other hand, the Vice-President of the Republic called on health professionals to provide humanized services, which show more love for others, to preserve human lives.
"Each of us must do our part so that we can have increasingly better quality and better hygiene conditions in the hospital", he said, adding that Hospital Geral Neves Bendinha has cutting-edge technological equipment, the result of a set of strategic options of the Executive to provide an increasingly optimized, efficient and balanced health service.
