Also at the meeting, on the table were other diplomas under consideration, such as the draft presidential legislative decree on the guidelines that will regulate the granting of new incentives for prospecting, research, evaluation, development and production of hydrocarbons in the concession area of the aforementioned block, among others, writes Angop.
Among the diplomas approved by the council is the presidential decree authorizing the regulation on the issuance of licenses for the operation of fuel filling stations for commercial purposes, within the framework of the Simplifica 2.0 project.
According to the communiqué of the meeting, cited by Angop, with the 'green light' of this document it is intended to define a single regime for the license of common and containerized fuel stations, as well as to end the initial inspection, present copies of the public deed, tax identification number, among others.
Within the scope of the diploma, the transfer to municipal administrations of the capacity to issue operating licenses for stations capable of storing up to 200 cubic meters and expanding the validity period of the license should be carried out, writes Angop.
Among other instruments, at the meeting, the council of ministers also considered themes submitted by the ministries of the Interior, Finance, Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas, Education and Culture and Tourism.
