According to Franco Mufinda, among the new cases, two women and six men aged between 14 and 60, two are of local transmission and six are under study, that is, an investigation is underway to detect the origin of the infection.
As for the two people who died, they were admitted to the Sacred Hope Clinic and to the Exclusive Economic Zone Hospital (ZEE), where their clinical condition worsened.
Among the 284 infected, there were 93 recovered and 178 active cases.
There are now 210 infections with local transmission and 43 with epidemiological links to be investigated.
