On July 25th and 26th, Angolan music and literature will be the main attraction of the Portuguese festival SomSabor: Paulo Flores will bring to Portugal songs that best represent the culture of Angola. The singer will perform at an intimate concert next Saturday, July 25th, from 10pm.
However, this is not the first time that the Angolan will step on the stage at Espaço Espelho D'Água, in Belém. The singer was one of the guests of the opening night of the festival and is now returning.
On Sunday, July 26th it's the writer José Eduardo Agualusa's turn to give voice to the panels dedicated to literature. In a relaxed conversation, the writer will reflect on how poetry joins current affairs.
The SomSabor festival is based on "intimate dinners with cultural activities in music and literature".
The activities will continue until September and, according to the promoter's website, ticket prices vary between 30 and 35 euros.
