Brazilian Caio sends batch of 45 buses to Angola

Brazilian Caio sent a new batch of 45 buses to Angola – Apache VIP model. With the arrival of this lot, the delivery of 450 vehicles of the brand Caio for Angolan public transport is totaled.

Cited in a statement sent to VerAngola, Klaus Von Winckler, who is part of Caio's team of representatives for the foreign market, clarified that this batch completes an order of 99 units, having landed in the second half of last month.

"This batch, which completes an order for 99 units for the customer, landed in the second half of March", he said, adding that "at this stage, the vehicles are being prepared for delivery to the public transport operator, so that start operations".

In turn, Caio's export manager, Ivo Marco Belucci, made it known that they had recently received "very positive feedback" from the customer: "We have recently received very positive feedback from the customer, who praised the performance and performance of the Apache VIP in operation".

According to the statement, this new batch, like the other buses in the order, is part of the Regular Urban Passenger Transport Project.

The Apache VIP model buses are 10.50 meters long and have a total capacity for 74 passengers. They are equipped with air conditioning as well as places reserved for people with reduced mobility and the elderly, among others.
