The document contains more than 80 recommendations addressed to the executive, to ensure the promotion of the country's socioeconomic development, including improving the business environment, especially for Angolan companies.

"For the next economic years, the people's representatives still hope to improve the quality of accountability. They therefore ask that public managers send, within the deadlines set by law, the reports and accounts of the respective institutions", indicates the parliament.

The deputies also recommend the adoption of measures aimed at reducing the trajectory of public debt to levels close to 60 percent of the Gross Domestic Product and point out as a priority for 2024 the payment of public debt, especially for small and medium-sized companies, to avoid its bankruptcy.

Particular attention should also be given, in the next budgets, to gender markers, the replenishment of the stock of medicines in all hospitals and public health institutions, the promotion of categories, the valorization of workers' salaries and the reduction of salary asymmetries in public and private sectors, the National Assembly website also states.

Other recommendations are "the elevation of the Ombudsman's Office to a body" and the improvement of the National Assembly's financial, patrimonial and administrative autonomy mechanisms.
