The decision is contained in Presidential Order No. 205/25 of August 14, which authorizes the opening of the Emergency Procurement Procedure for the design and construction of the infrastructure.
According to a government statement seen by VerAngola, the overall investment is approximately 55.3 million euros, with 28.7 million for the Cuimba system, 19.2 million for the Nóqui system, and 7.2 million for the Luvo system.
The acquisition of contract supervision services, valued at 4.6 million euros, is also planned.
The governor of Zaire has been delegated the power to conduct the procedure, including approving the documents and concluding and signing the contracts.
