PREI with two billion kwanzas to finance new operators to the economy

Two billion kwanzas is how much the Informal Economy Reconversion Program (PREI) currently has to finance new entrants to the economy.

:

The information was provided by Adriano Celso Borja, director of the Office for Population Policy, who explained that the funds will be used to help precarious agents operating in informal markets.

In this sense, he made it known that a campaign is in progress at Mercado do 30, in Viana, to make the business official.

Quoted by Angop, Adriano Celso Borja explained that the amount, at an initial stage, will be used to supply the country, where economic agents formalized in PREI will be able to obtain between 50 thousand and seven million kwanzas.

Currently, the program has registered 2099 applications for micro-credit, but the objective is to reach around 10 thousand new operators to the economy in informal markets.

"Alongside these gains, the PREI brings with it other advantages, from the issuance of the Identity Card, the option of having health and social security insurance, among other facilities such as the creation of a company in a single space, during the campaign for intensification of this program", explained the official.

The campaign in Mercado do 30 started on the 16th of November. According to Angop, by the end of this month the process should be concluded in all the main markets in the capital. The campaign will be extended to other provinces from January.
