"To obtain the technical sheets, the terms of reference as well as the visit plan, interested parties can access" here.

Those interested in obtaining more information can do so by emailing leilaoelectronico@igape.co.ao and propriv@igape.gov.ao.

According to João Sionguele, head of IGAPE's privatization and company restructuring department, the value of assets varies between 50 million and 170 million kwanzas, taking into account the specifications of each store, location, among others.

"The values vary from 50 million to 170 million kwanzas, given that there is always the specificity of each asset, the location, the level of degradation, as well as the income perspective of these same stores", he said, quoted by Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).

"It was a process that was conducted by independent entities, but we clearly understand that interested parties will also have the opportunity to visit the current conditions in which these stores are in order to determine the level of appetite and interest in participating in the auction", he added.

The person in charge, cited by RNA, also said that "all the values of each store in detail" are available on the auction website (leilaoigape.minfin.gov.ao), where there will be "the opportunity to check the description of the stores and which is the reference value of the same store".
