According to a communiqué from the Multisectoral Commission for the Prevention and Fight against Covid-19, citizens who intend to enter or leave the province should make the request through the website www.cdircovid19.go.ao, filling out a form and attaching a copy of the identification document, the negative result of the test to covid-19 and other documents that support the request.
If the trip is authorized, the transit guide will be sent by e-mail, otherwise the reasons for the non-authorization will be indicated.
The request will be processed "quickly", refers to the platform, without specifying the period of time to analyze the request.
The documents will have to be presented at the checkpoints in the bordering provincial areas or in other inspection actions.
The transit guide is valid for seven days from the date of issue.
The situations authorized for entry and exit from the areas under provincial or municipal health fence are: entry and exit of goods and services, movements for professional reasons, humanitarian aid, entry and exit of patients and transfer of corpses, unless the cause of death is covid-19.
