According to the official, cited by Angop, the money will be used to build administrative buildings as well as to restore some existing municipal administration infrastructure.

According to the Secretary of State for Local Authorities, this year's OGE includes the restoration and expansion of 86 administrative buildings.

In addition, the money will also be used to construct about eight administrative and municipal buildings, and the construction of the first municipal building has already started. The first stone was laid on Monday in the municipality of Catumbela, in Benguela.

This building is part of a total of eight infrastructures, which will be installed in several municipalities of the country, and which aim to create conditions to decentralize the administration, he said.

Part of the money will also be used to build homes in 36 municipalities. These residences aim to combat the problem of posting qualified staff in municipalities that are difficult to access, such as the municipality of Cassongue, Mussonde, Cuito Cuanavale, Mavinga, Rivungo, Chongoroi, among others.
