Ticketing services, according to a statement from the Port of Luanda, which VerAngola had access to, opened last Friday, August 4th.

"Four months after the suspension of ticketing services, a café/bar, a pantry and sanitary facilities at the Passenger Terminal of the Port of Luanda, due to the accident of a light vehicle on Avenida 4 de Fevereiro, on April 8, the Port Administration reopened its doors to the public last Friday, August 4th, after rehabilitating the infrastructures", informs the company.

The Port of Luanda also recalls that the screening did not "affect the operations of embarking and disembarking passengers, nor the entry and exit of catamarans to Cabinda-Soyo-Luanda and vice versa, which are still in operation".

The car that went off the road crashed into the Passenger Terminal of the Port of Luanda, causing a fire in the infrastructure.

At the time, the Port of Luanda, through a statement, informed that the fire consumed "only an area of 430 square meters, affecting ticketing services, a café/bar, a pantry and sanitary facilities", adding that all the terminal "occupies a total area of 4,158.76 square meters".
