TAP with two Luanda-Lisbon flights this week

Portuguese air carrier TAP expects to make two connecting flights from Luanda to Lisbon this week, on Wednesday, the 5th and on Friday, the 7th of August, announced the Consulate of Portugal in Luanda.

:

Departure is scheduled for 10:45 pm, says the consulate, adding that those interested should contact the travel agencies and / or airlines directly.

TAAG also has several flights scheduled to connect Luanda to Lisbon, on the 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th of August.

According to the air traffic rules currently in force, passengers must submit a negative screening test to covid-19, carried out within 72 hours prior to departure. This measure is exempt for those who are in transit and do not have to leave the airport facilities.

National and foreign citizens with legal residence in Portugal and also diplomatic personnel accredited in Portugal who, exceptionally, do not present that proof will have to do the test on arrival, in facilities inside the airport, and at their own expense.

If they refuse to be tested on arrival, they will commit crimes of disobedience and the spread of contagious disease.

In relation to foreign citizens, all passengers who embark without the test carried out will be refused entry into national territory, with the airline being subject to an administrative offense in case of non-compliance.

Angola has kept all its borders closed since March 20, authorizing only cargo or humanitarian flights for the transport of foreign citizens who wish to return to their country or repatriation of Angolans.
