The measure aims to boost the manufacturing industry, generate employment, promote the transfer of skills to national industry and guarantee revenue for the State, the executive said in the press release issued after the meeting held on Friday.
In this seventh ordinary session of this body, chaired by the Angolan President, João Lourenço, a law was also approved that provides for specific measures to simplify and license the activity of marketing butane gas.
At least four of the eleven requirements for licensing the activity must be eliminated, namely the commercial registration certificate, the criminal record certificate, the tax identification number and the statistical registration certificate.

The collegiate body that assists the Angolan President also approved a diploma for the transport sector that establishes the principles and fundamental rules to be observed in the registration of storage facilities, with a view to ensuring the effectiveness of their coordination with transport activities.
A regulation on hunting and sustainable management of wildlife, for the regulation of the Basic Law on Forests and Wild Fauna, and a decree creating the National Council for the Protection of Forests and Wild Fauna were also approved today.
In the Public Works, Urban Planning and Housing sector, the Council of Ministers approved a presidential decree that establishes the rules and procedures for the configuration, allocation, transfer and termination of the Property Identification Number, as well as several cooperation documents in the area of foreign policy.
