"The President of the Republic, João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, under the terms of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola and for convenience of service, dismissed Dalva Maurícia Calombo Ringote Allen, from the position of Minister of State for the Social Area", informs CIPRA in a statement to that VerAngola had access to.
Furthermore, in another decree, the head of state also dismissed Maria do Rosário Bragança from the position of minister of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, and appointed her to the position of minister of State for the Social Area, thus replacing Dalva Ringote.
Other changes made by João Lourenço were the dismissals of Pereira Alfredo, Mara Quiosa, Job Capapinha, Lotti Nolika and Deolinda Vilarinho from the positions of governors of the provinces of Bié, Cabinda, Cuanza Sul, Huambo and Lunda Norte, respectively.
For the position of governor of the province of Bié, Celeste Elavoco David Adolfo was appointed, while for the position of governor of the province of Cabinda, Suzana Fernanda Pemba Massiala de Abreu was appointed.
João Lourenço appointed Mara Quiosa as governor of the province of Cuanza Sul, Pereira Alfredo as governor of the province of Huambo and Filomena Elizabete Chitula Miza Aires as governor of the province of Lunda Norte.
