Between the 22nd and 25th of July, Luanda will be the stage for the 1st Conference and the XVII Plenary of the Administrative Court of the Southern African Development Community (SADCAT).
With the motto "Increasing the visibility of the SADC Administrative Court, leaving no one behind", the event will be opened by Judge Leonardo, presiding judge of the Supreme Court.
Sanji Monageng, presiding judge of the SADC Administrative Court, will guide the work of the meeting.
The event's agenda, in addition to providing that in the 17th plenary the organic statute will be reviewed, as well as the new president and vice-president of the SADC Administrative Court will be elected, it also foresees the discussion of subjects such as "Better police performance within the scope of of the Administration of Justice bodies", "Improve judicial performance, reinforcing transparency, integrity and accountability", among others.
