Maria Borges wants the creation of an image bank with Angola's tourist potentialities

The model Maria Borges, tourism ambassador in Angola, expressed her wish that an image bank be created with the tourist potentialities of the country. The bank will aim to publicize the 'best of Angola' and thus capture the attention of potential investors.

"We have wonders in the country that are not explored," she said, stressing that the poor use of tourism resources is making Angola lose revenue.

Cited by Angop, the tourism ambassador showed her intention to work on a project that will culminate in the creation of an image bank.

Speaking in Malanje, in a tour framed in the tour that has been carried out in some provinces, the model said she will "try to sensitize the authorities of the country, in the sense of doing everything to preserve and explore the tourist potential of Angola.

She also took the opportunity to talk about the Cangandala National Park, which is the 'home' of the giant sable antelope, Angop reported.

Maria Borges visited the park on Tuesday, and was pleased with the presence of tourist accommodations and the construction of a sanctuary for the giant sable antelope.

The model's tourist visit to Malanje ends this Thursday. In addition to Malanje, Maria Borges has visited other tourist sites located in Huila and Namibe.
