The limited tender by prior qualification for privatisation, in the form of transfer of the right to operate and manage the eight units, will be open until 28 July.
"Applications must be submitted from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 3 pm, until 28 July 2025. The documents constituting the application must be submitted in an opaque, closed and sealed envelope, with the name of the procedure identified on the front", informs IGAPE, in a statement to which VerAngola had access.
The eight units in question are: Hotel BINA Soyo; Hotel IU Caxito - Tower A; Hotel IU Saurimo - Tower A; Hotel IU Soyo - Tower A; Hotel IU Soyo - Tower B; Hotel IU Soyo - Tower C; Hotel IU Tômbwa - Tower A and Hotel IU Uíge - Tower A.
"The terms of reference for these tenders establish a period of visits so that the investor can carry out the necessary reconnaissance and surveys to properly assess the quality of the asset", the note explains.
Therefore, visits "must be scheduled in advance by sending an email, indicating the date on which the visit to the asset is intended, as well as the number of participants for each interested party, which may not exceed five people, with the latter being responsible for the costs inherent to their travel".
