According to a presidential order consulted this Monday by Lusa, the purchase of the buses, financed by a credit line from Standard Chartered Bank, is intended to reinforce the urban passenger transport network across the country.
The Minister of Transport will be responsible for verifying the validity and legality of all acts, as well as for concluding and signing the contract, with the Minister of Finance being responsible for initiating the negotiation of the loan and ensuring the necessary financial resources.
