The new space, which is the result of an investment of 300 million kwanzas, is 70 square meters in size, as well as having a frame exhibition area and a clinical office for optometry and ophthalmology consultations and diagnostic exams.

In terms of jobs, the space provided 11 new jobs, with the hired employees receiving "50 hours of theoretical training at the Academia Centrooptico and one month of practical training in the store, before joining the new team".

Quoted in the statement, Amyn Habib, administrator of Centrooptico, said they are "committed and committed to providing easier access to visual health care for the Angolan population".

"We are absolutely committed and committed to providing easier access to visual health care for the Angolan population, through a differentiating and excellent service. The opening of new stores in Angola is a continuous commitment by Centrooptico, and we believe that the community of Rocha Pinto will benefit greatly from the provision of this healthcare, provided by a qualified multidisciplinary team", he stated.

In turn, Arlete Clemente, director of Human Resources at Centrooptico, said that as in the brand's other stores, in this new space "quality products and services with the highest technology and innovation will be made available".

"Similar to what happens in the remaining 27 Centrooptico stores, the Rocha Pinto store also offers quality products and services with the highest technology and innovation", she said, having also highlighted the "continuous focus on training, in order to ensure that they have "the best professionals" and provide "the best service" to customers, honoring their commitment to being "increasingly closer to communities".

The new establishment is located in Angomart Rocha Pinto, on Avenida 21 de Janeiro, and is open from Monday to Sunday between 8am and 6pm. "Optometry consultations are held every day without the need for prior appointment", states the note.

More than 280 frames from international brands (such as Sandro, Kaleos, Christian Lacroix, Ted Baker, Pepe Jeans, Lanidor and Disney) can be found in the store, which also has exclusive frame brands on the Angolan market (such as Rosso and Silhouette), and Vaiolens and Zeiss ophthalmic lenses, as well as "a selection of children's and youth optical brands, such as Nano, Polar and Disney, and sports and protective glasses".
