According to the presidential decree published in Diário da República, the additional additional credit of almost 16 billion kwanzas is intended to support expenses related to "populations in a situation of social vulnerability, victims of natural disasters and other situations that condition their productive capacity throughout the national territory".
This credit is allocated to the budgetary unit of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and will be made available in a phased manner "depending on payment needs and cash availability".
The diploma does not give details on the number of families to be supported or how they will be identified.
