João Lourenço travels to Malanje on a work visit

The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, travels, this Friday, to the province of Malanje, to fulfill a work day.

According to a note from the Presidency of the Republic, which VerAngola had access to, the head of state left the capital this Friday morning, having received farewell greetings from the Vice President of the Republic, Esperança da Costa, among others.

The visit's agenda, advances the note, foresees the inauguration of a water supply system, as well as a visit to the Laúca Hydroelectric Plant.

"The program for this mission includes the inauguration of a water supply system that will significantly reinforce the supply of liquid to the city of Malanje and a visit to the Laúca Hydroelectric Facility, marking the conclusion of the works", reads the statement.

Furthermore – according to Angop –, his agenda also includes a courtesy meeting with Marcos Nhunga, governor of the province.
