Parliament votes on the 25th draft law on freedom of assembly and demonstration

The draft law on freedom of assembly and demonstration will be discussed and voted, in general, on the 25th of this month, deliberated the conference of the presidents of the parliamentary groups.

According to the first secretary of the board, Manuel Dembo, the agenda defined for the 7th extraordinary plenary meeting of the National Assembly, scheduled for 25 May, provides for the final global vote on the proposal for the General Labor Law.

The bill that approves the Statute of Non-Governmental Organizations and the bill that amends the Organic Law of the National Assembly will also be discussed and voted on.

In the same plenary session, the agenda includes the movement of deputies and the investiture of a member of the Data Protection Agency, with political declarations by the parliamentary groups also being foreseen.
