According to the note, the enterprise, which is a private initiative of a group of Chinese businessmen, is being built "in an area of about two thousand square meters, and temporarily employs 150 young nationals, of which 12 are residents of the municipality.
The works began in January of this year and, according to the person in charge of the project, quoted in the note, the first phase of the mall may "be completed by the end of June.
