Thus, with this transfer, IGAPE will be responsible for creating partnerships with public and private entities, with the aim of enabling the completion of works, "the eventual reconversion of purpose and the commercialization or transfer of assets".
The President's authorization came through a dispatch, according to IGAPE, in a statement to which VerAngola had access.
"In another order, the President of the Republic authorizes the transfer of 15 hotel units from the IKA and BINA chain, which are less than 50 percent under construction, to IGAPE, which will be responsible for creating partnerships with public and private entities, enabling the completion of the works, the eventual reconversion of purpose and the commercialization or transfer of the assets", says the note.

In the IGAPE statement, the institute reports that the privatization of eight hotels in the IU and Bina chain was also authorized.
IGAPE, "as the body responsible for executing the Privatization Program – Propriv, informs that Presidential Order No. 98/25, of March 31, which authorizes the privatization of 8 hotel units of the IU and Bina Hotel Chain, included in the 2023-2026 Privatization Program".
