The company justifies this measure with the need to requalify and improve the technology of these stations, which is why they will be temporarily closed for construction work.
The announcement was made by the flagship oil company this Tuesday, through a statement. In the note, cited by Jornal de Angola, Sonangol informs that the "temporary closure" of these gas stations will come into effect on April 14.
A source from the national oil company, speaking to Jornal de Angola, said that this is a normal and regular process, in which the construction period does not exceed 30 to 45 days, and also said that the purpose is to ensure that the stations always remain fully effective and functioning to provide better service.
