On the occasion, António Hou said that in the last two decades the Chinese multinational has played an active role "in the digital transformation of the Angolan Executive" and that, this year, in addition to working with several "public institutions in the networks sector", they believe that Parliament will also be integrated into this project.
"Huawei over the last 22 years has actively participated in the digital transformation of the Angolan Executive.
