"It is a great satisfaction to see the Standard Bank brand being distinguished for its performance, for the third consecutive year. This distinction is recognition of the work carried out, over the last few years, towards the reformulation of our business model and the improvement of experience of our customers, consolidating our presence in Africa, and particularly in Angola, as a reference institution in the market", highlighted Luís Teles, CEO of Standard Bank of Angola.

Standard Bank increased its brand value by 12.4 percent last year to more than 1.9 billion dollars, placing it first in Africa and 138th in the world, up seven positions in relation to the 145th place achieved in 2023.

"It is an honor to receive this recognition, which confirms our commitment to providing excellent service to our customers and driving Africa's growth", highlighted Sim Tshabalala, CEO of Standard Bank Group.
