SBA reformulates the Private Banking segment and presents a new value proposition to private customers

Standard Bank of Angola (SBA) carried out a reformulation of the Private Banking segment, embodied in a new architecture of the team of specialized managers, to provide private customers with a distinct banking experience in line with their financial needs and expectations. The SBA's new value proposition was presented this Wednesday afternoon, at the Marina Baía Yacht Club, in Luanda, in an event that brought together customers and partners.

"We understand that the customer experience must be unique, which is why our customers will benefit from a specialized manager, with personalized support, who will seek to deliver the best banking experience in Angola. To achieve this, we have brought together those who we believe are the best managers on the market financial services in Angola, and we have equipped them with the specific skills and knowledge necessary so that they can build trusting relationships with our clients", said Paulo Coelho, Director of Private Banking at Standard Bank of Angola.

One of the differentiating factors of the SBA's new value proposition is the offshore component, which offers a set of financial solutions prepared by the bank's international investment specialists, allowing clients to have access to a diverse range of investment solutions, which include discretionary management, fiduciary services, structured products and credit granting.

"All with the quality seal of the Standard Bank Group operating from London, Mauritius, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Jersey, and supported by a highly specialized team committed to prioritizing the security and wealth growth of our customers", highlighted Paulo Coelho, launching a challenge: "Dare to know our offshore proposal".

The bank also presented the new Private Banking Credit Card that incorporates innovative features, with increased and reinforced security for online transactions and a package of discounts on hotels and rent-a-cars, access to more than 1200 lounges around the world, medical and legal assistance.

In addition to dedicated managers and the Private Credit Card, with the SBA's new value proposition, customers will also have access to bank credit with subsidized rates, subject to evaluation in accordance with the eligibility criteria stipulated by the bank; exemption from the first annual accident insurance fee for domestic workers; 10 percent discount when subscribing to Multi-risk Home Insurance; 10 percent discount on the first year of Car Insurance membership; 10 percent discount on Platinum Life Insurance with coverage up to 50 million kwanzas or the offer of funeral insurance with annual coverage up to 500 thousand kwanzas.
