In the document, the Executive mentions that, in the light of the private investment law, it became "necessary to hold additional clarification meetings with competitors, so it was not possible to announce the result of the tender on the date originally planned", 1 March.
"In this way, Mirempet informs that the announcement of the winning company or consortium will be made until March 15, 2021", concludes the note from the ministry.
Initially, the announcement of the winner was scheduled for March 31 of last year, but was postponed due to the covid-19 pandemic that forced the evaluation and adjudication work to be suspended until June 9, 2020.
