In a statement, the Board of Directors of Efacec Power Solutions, a company from which Isabel dos Santos is leaving, following the 'Luanda Leaks' process, states that "following the published news regarding the freezing of bank accounts" of the businesswoman in Portugal clarifies that "Efacec and its shareholders are separate entities".
