Judicial source revealed to Expresso that notifications have already been "sent to the companies" of Isabel dos Santos "so that she can sign the constitution of a defendant", but so far the response has not arrived. The same newspaper writes that the Angolan justice does not know where Isabel dos Santos is.
The same news also indicates that the Angolan justice has already asked Portugal for Paula Oliveira, Mário Leite Silva and Sarju Raikundula - the portuguese connected to the businesswoman - to be constituted defendants. In that same request, the Angolan Supreme Court of Justice also asked Portugal to proceed with the freezing of Isabel dos Santos' accounts.
Last week, the Portuguese justice froze the bank accounts of the businesswoman, however, the Portuguese companies in which Isabel dos Santos is a shareholder were not seized.
According to figures released by the newspaper Público, in recent years the portuguese companies in which Isabel dos Santos held shares have earned her around 500 million euros: Galp has earned 239 million euros, with NOS the businesswoman has earned 189 million euros and BPI has earned her more than 66 million euros. After the accounts were closed, Isabel dos Santos made a profit of around 494 million euros with these three portuguese companies.
