Neth Nayara returns to prison after being arrested for trespassing

Just eight days after being released following a Presidential Pardon, influencer Neth Nayara was arrested again, this time for trespassing.

According to the spokesperson for the Criminal Offenses Investigation Directorate, Neth and a friend were accused of trespassing, damaging property, stealing 80,000 kwanzas and stealing a chest.

Other media, including Platina Line, claim that the influencer had gone to the property due to a dispute over a domestic gas cylinder, which she tried to recover by breaking into the property.

According to intendant Quintino Ferreira, the arrest was made at 12pm this Tuesday and resulted from complaints made to the National Police by the owner of the property located in Vila Cativa, on the outskirts of the centrality of Sequele.

The two suspects are in custody while authorities investigate the case. To the same source, the activist's lawyer stated that he had no knowledge of what happened.

It is recalled that Neth Nahara, 31 years old, benefited from a Presidential Pardon last December, taking into account the celebrations of the 50th Anniversary of National Independence and the Christmas and New Year festivities. Thus, he was released from the Comarca of Viana on January 1st. The influencer was serving a prison sentence for having produced and published a video on social media insulting the President of the Republic.
