FAF vice-president José Carlos Miguel said that it was a provisional approval, as CAF also issued several recommendations to be complied with by the Angolan authorities.
As for the other Angolan stadiums, which are still closed for international matches, he said that, after complying with recommendations, they are again being inspected by the African Football Confederation.
These are the Coqueiros and 22 de Junho stadiums, in Luanda, the Sagrada Esperança stadium, in the province of Lunda Norte, as well as the one of Tundavala, in the province of Huila.
On November 6, 2021, CAF, through a report, disapproved of the Angolan stadiums, including the November 11, in Luanda, for not offering the minimum conditions for the practice of football.
