Académica do Lobito loses again and is out of the African Confederation Cup

This Wednesday, Académica do Lobito suffered its fourth defeat in the African Football Confederation Cup, after losing to Ghana's Dreams FC 4-0, and is now out of the competition.

In a game played on Ghanaian territory, for the fourth round of Group C, the goals were scored by Agyenin Boateng, in the 35th minute, Adi Boyo, in the 49th minute, Abdul Issah, in the 34th minute, and Tamko Nuhu, in the 90+2.

In the next round, the national team, which has not yet scored any points, will host Rivers United, on February 20th, in Luanda.

The group is led by Club Africain, from Tunisia, with nine points, followed by Dreams FC, from Ghana, which also has nine, while Rivers United, from Nigeria, is third, with four.

For the same competition, Sagrada Esperança drew 0-0 against Zamalek, from Egypt, and is third in Group B, with four points.

Zamalek is the leader, with 10 points, followed by Abu Salim, from Libya, which has nine, while SOAR, from Guinea Conakry, remains in last place, without any points.

In the next round, on February 25th, the Angolans will face SOAR, from Guinea Conakry, in the latter's stronghold.
