According to the new decree, in addition to travel, the presentation of a vaccination certificate or negative test is also required "in access to public services, public companies or similar entities, by employees, workers, service providers and users". The measure extends to "access to private services by those responsible, workers and visitors".
In addition, customers are also subject to the presentation of one of these two documents to access commercial establishments. According to Expansão, access to schools for students over 18 years of age, places of worship and activities or meetings also imply the presentation of the certificate or test taken at least 48 hours ago.
