The package of suggestions, declared in the report as a joint opinion to the proposal for the 2022 State Budget, which was approved this Monday, also includes the improvement of the purchase and distribution of medicines for the most common diseases and the acquisition of routine vaccines.
The increase in the funds allocated to the project on non-communicable chronic diseases was also recommended by the deputies, writes Angop.
On the education sector, the parliamentarians suggested an increase, by at least five percent, of the budget destined to pre-school education, as well as the guarantee in the OGE of the isolation subsidy for teachers placed in rural areas.
Of the 110 recommendations left, the implementation of specific actions to encourage the growth of rural commerce of micro, small and medium-sized companies, as well as the increase in the amount of the Budget Unit of the Ministry of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security, to enforce activities that promote entrepreneurship and increase private sector employment opportunities, should also be highlighted.
The revision of the budget granted to the National Assembly to ensure the execution of the actions registered for the beginning of the next legislature is also another suggestion.
Ruth Mendes, president of the Economy and Finance Committee of the National Assembly, cited by Angop, said that considering the number of recommendations left, it can be noted that the OGE proposal has undergone some changes: "We can even say that this document is no longer the same one who entered the National Assembly has undergone many changes".
Remember that the final global vote on the OGE proposal for next year takes place on December 14th.
