The sale of 20 percent of the State's share in the total assets of Moagem 10 de Dezembro, held by the Institute for the Management of State Assets and Holdings, will be carried out.
With regard to the telecommunications company Multitel, the shareholding rises to 90 percent, being held indirectly by Sonangol and the State, through PT Ventures, BCI and Angola Telecom, respectively.
The tender for the sale of Moagem 10 de Dezembro is open to national and foreign investors duly qualified for the purpose, who must submit their applications to the IGAPE, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, from the date of the announcement of the contest until the 14th of January 2022.
On the other hand, the tender for the sale of Multitel is also open to national and foreign investors, and applications must be submitted to IGAPE, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, counting from the date of the announcement of the contest until March 11, 2022.
Open tender for privatization of State holdings in Multitel and Moagem 10 de Dezembro
Within the scope of the Privatization Program (Propriv), the Institute for the Management of State Assets and Participations (IGAPE), informed that this Monday it began public tenders for the sale of the State's holdings in the companies Moagem 10 de Dezembro and Multitel .
