According to the epidemiological bulletin of the National Health Directorate, cases were reported in the provinces of Luanda (24), Cabinda (6), Cuanza Sul (3), Huambo (3) and Huíla (2), with 23 males and 15 female.
In the same period, two deaths were also registered in Luanda, a man and a woman aged 68 and 70.
There were also 863 recoveries, of which 180 in Cabinda, 169 in Zaire, 154 in Benguela, 150 in Luanda, 50 in Huambo, 47 in Cuanza Norte, 35 in Huíla, 34 in Uíge, 21 in Malanje, 20 in Cunene and three in Moxico.
Over the same period, the laboratories processed 2873 samples, with a daily positivity rate of 1.3 percent.
With the most recent data, the country has a total of 64,762 confirmed cases, of which 1,947 are active, 1723 deaths and 61,092 recovered.
