Franco Mufinda said in the daily epidemiological balance that 67 cases were registered in Luanda, five in Huambo, four in Lunda Sul, one in Lunda Norte, another in Cabinda and another in Uíge.
Those infected are between 1 and 78 years of age, 56 being male and the rest female.
In the last 24 hours, there have been two more deaths due to the disease, one male and one female, Angolans, aged 34 and 67, respectively.
Another 73 people were considered recovered from the disease.
Angola has a total of 14,821 cases, including 340 deaths, 7517 data as recovered and 6964 active, with five critical and 13 severe patients.
A total of 3,229 samples have been analysed, out of a total of 223,198 to date.
The covid-19 pandemic has caused at least 1,410,829 deaths resulting from more than 59.7 million cases of infection worldwide, according to a balance sheet made by the French agency AFP.
In Africa, there are 50,297 confirmed deaths in more than two million people infected in 55 countries, according to the most recent statistics about the pandemic in the continent.
Angola registers 340 deaths and 14,821 cases, followed by Mozambique (128 deaths and 15,302 cases), Cape Verde (104 deaths and 10,400 cases), Equatorial Guinea (85 deaths and 5137 cases), Guinea-Bissau (43 deaths and 2422 cases) and São Tomé and Príncipe (17 deaths and 981 cases).
The disease is transmitted by a new coronavirus detected in late December 2019 in Wuhan, a city in central China.
