In a statement, sent to VerAngola, Bodiva informs that its integration into the aforementioned institution took place recently. "The Angolan Debt and Stock Exchange – Regulated Markets Management Company, was recently admitted as a member of the World Association of Stock Exchanges (WFE, World Federation Of Exchanges), an institution whose purpose is to support the interests of securities exchanges regulated around the world and promote broad access to financial markets at a global level", the note reads.

Thus, with this integration, the exchange will begin to "collaborate with the remaining affiliated members", having the possibility of "gathering experiences and knowledge from more mature exchanges", which will ultimately contribute to the improvement of "its management practices and corporate governance, making it increasingly competitive in international markets and consequently resulting in the attraction of a greater number of foreign investors to the Angolan Capital Market".

Bodiva also recalls that it has been a member of the SADC Stock Exchange Committee since 2016, as well as the Association of National Numbering Agencies (since 2018) and the African Stock Exchange Association (since 2021), whose participation in the symposiums of the aforementioned associations have assumed themselves as "fundamental for the development of the national capital market and its instruments".
