The information was provided by Ivan Marques dos Santos, Secretary of State for the Economy, at the bi-weekly briefing of the Ministry of Economy and Planning.
The event, in partnership with the magazine Economia e Mercado, will allow "the sharing of ideas, analysis of the country's macroeconomic and financial scenarios, in addition to allowing and carrying out a review of the projections made in April of this year, particularly at the level of real sector, economy, public finances, monetary and exchange rate", says a statement from the authority, to which VerAngola had access.
Regarding the first edition, the Secretary of State for the Economy made a positive assessment. "The first edition of the Angola Economic Outlook was attended by 200 entities, including members of the Executive, diplomatic corps accredited in Angola, development partners, academia, civil society and national and international financial operators", he stated, quoted in the note.
According to the statement, in addition to the second edition of the Angola Economic Outlook 2023, the briefing also discussed the implementation of the second edition of Expo Feito in Angola.
"Also in the briefinf, the PCA of the National Institute of Support for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, João Nkosi, spoke about the second edition of Expo Feito in Angola, an event to be held from the 15th to the 18th of November, under the motto ' Importance of Made in Angola for the process of regional economic integration', at the Ueji Arena - Angola Business Center, located in the Luanda-Bengo Special Economic Zone", reads the statement.
This is an event promoted by the Ministry of Economy and Planning, "under the operationalization of INAPEM and organized by Grupo Arena Eventos".
