"Our nurses, who are entering the competition, have to train by doing specializations, to avoid the importation of paintings that is more expensive for the state," said Silvia Lutucuta, in reaction to the lack of an orthopedist doctor in Lunda Norte.

Quoted by Angop, the head of the Health Department, who was speaking this Tuesday on the sidelines of a visit to the Dundo Diagnostic Center's requalification works, where a laboratory will be installed to carry out tests on covid-19, also made it known that the authority will try to find solutions so that it is possible to advance with the specialization of the most recent professionals placed in the sector, in the context of a public tender.

Regarding the specific case of Lunda Norte, the minister said that in order to avoid the population of the province having to travel to Lunda Sul to have access to an orthopedist, the Ministry of Health will, together with the Cuban government, try to hire an orthopedist to solve this problem.
