Valentina Filipe is the new chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA) of Bodiva. The official thus leaves the Sovereign Fund to take over the ‘reins’ of Bodiva, replacing António Furtado.

According to a note from the Ministry of Finance, to which VerAngola had access, Bodiva's General Assembly decision last week determined the "replacement of members appointed to other functions or who resigned at their request, the election of new members to conform of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board".

Thus, in addition to Valentina Filipe for the position of PCA, the meeting also determined, for the five-year period 2022/2026, that Walter da Cruz Pacheco will continue to perform the duties of chairman of the Executive Committee.

Odair José Rodrigues Costa, Cristina Giovanna Dias Lourenço, Dilson Paulo da Costa Gaspar and Kalussevico Panzo Miguel will be executive directors, the statement said.

Rodrigo Kinsukulu will perform the functions of non-executive director.
