At the end of the meeting, Zacarias Albano da Costa informed that the Mobility Agreement between the Member States of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP) has already been ratified by three countries.

The secretary did not reveal which countries have ratified the agreement. "Particularly on the issue of mobility, we already have three countries that have ratified the agreement and we are counting on the other countries to do the same in the near future," he said, quoted in a note posted on the government's Facebook page.

The official also said that the economic issue was also addressed at the meeting with João Lourenço, "who advocates the establishment of a technical team to deal with the implementation of the agreement as soon as possible.

About the mandate, Zacarias Albano da Costa said that he believes that everyone intends to "work hard so that words become actions".

"This is the driving idea of the Angolan presidency and this is also the will of the Executive Secretariat, particularly of my person, as executive secretary," he said.

"Zacarias Albano da Costa who is in Angola for the first time, as executive secretary of the CPLP, went to the Presidential Palace to thank for the way he was received in the country and to inform the President of the Republic about what is being done to fulfill the agenda of the organization, currently under the Angolan presidency," the note adds.
