Banco Sol in the lead of the most expensive sells dollar at 647 kwanzas

Banco Sol was this Tuesday the operator with the highest dollar selling rate, after in the first two days of this week having sold the US currency at 647,060 kwanzas.

China Limited (BOCLB) and Trade and Industry (BCI) banks also join Banco Sol. According to Jornal de Angola, these two banks were below Banco Sol, having sold the dollar notes at a rate of 647,058 and 644,859 kwanzas, respectively.

On Monday, BOCLB sold the US currency at 644.790 kwanzas and BCI at 653.504 kwanzas, having been ahead of Banco Sol which sold the dollar at the same rate as Tuesday (647.060 kwanzas).

In contrast, Standard Chartered Bank Angola (SCBA), Millennium Atlântico (ATL) and Finibanco Angola (FNB) were the banks that recorded the lowest sale rates on Tuesday: SCBA sold the dollar at 620,450 kwanzas; ATL's rate was 627,571 kwanzas and FNB sold the US currency at 628,000 kwanzas.

According to the National Bank of Angola (BNA) table, this Tuesday the average price of the dollar was fixed at 637.818 kwanzas while on Monday the value reached 643.731 kwanzas.

In relation to Europe's currency, the bank that registered the highest sales rate on Tuesday was Banco Comercial do Huambo (BCH), which sold the euro at 775.326 kwanzas.

BCH is joined by Banco Keve, which sold the euro at 772.693 kwanzas and VTB Africa which registered a rate of 769.064 kwanzas.

On Monday, the banks with the highest selling rate were BCI (776.656 kwanzas), VTB (775.651 kwanzas) and BNI (774.911 kwanzas).
