Speaking at the act of taking office, Lima Massano, quoted by Jornal de Angola, asked the newly appointed directors to contribute to the team, to use their potential to achieve the desired results, in the "progress of a path, which is to give greater dynamism in the capacity to attract investors".
The minister also highlighted the importance of monitoring and guaranteeing the expected benefits for the country's economy.
Sérgio Adriano Silva Amado and Jerónimo Domingos Nunda Pongolola are the two new executive directors who took office this Wednesday. On the occasion, Jerónimo Pongolola assured that he is committed to collaborating in the process led by the agency, contributing with knowledge.
"We are now called to give greater dynamism to the agency's purpose and the focus is to guarantee private investment for the national market", said the newly appointed director, quoted by Angop.
Arlindo das Chagas Rangel, chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA) of AIPEX, also spoke on the occasion and appealed to provincial governments to implement incentives to attract investors to regions outside the capital.
Thus, the AIPEX PCA assured the entity's support and said that food security is one of the Executive's priorities, mentioning, along with agriculture and industry, the health sectors, silos, tourism, infrastructure and product conservation, writes Angop.
